Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support and optimize HR processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of scalable HR operational infrastructure
  • Manage processes related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Analyze HR data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance HR effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of key human resource functions including personnel administration, benefits, payroll, and time & labor
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Adept at working with and learning new technologies/systems
  • Specialized understanding of HR functions and best practices
