Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Ops Specialist on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process Leave of Absences (LOAs) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Analyze HR data to provide insights and maintain HR metrics and dashboards
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights; experience with HRIS and data analytics tools preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an HR generalist or HR support role is beneficial
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and handling a variety of tasks
