Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Xperience Specialist (HR & Facilities).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple office locations, including vendor coordination and facility-related issues
- Support payroll processing and compliance-related activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely communication
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR coordination or administrative HR support roles
- Experience with Workday and familiarity with HR processes and programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- General knowledge of Department of Labor compliance requirements
