Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Xperience Specialist (HR & Facilities).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance
  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple office locations, including vendor coordination and facility-related issues
  • Support payroll processing and compliance-related activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely communication


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR coordination or administrative HR support roles
  • Experience with Workday and familiarity with HR processes and programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
  • General knowledge of Department of Labor compliance requirements
