Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure the integrity of HR information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth integration and compliance
- Process employee change transactions and maintain accurate HRIS records
- Administer HRIS, lead system enhancements, and generate reports for decision-making
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in client services, administration, or HR-related roles
- Hands-on experience with Dayforce or comparable HCM platform
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
