Job Summary

HR Operations Specialist, a full-time remote position responsible for managing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR systems, and supporting compliance and employee experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions
• Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences and support employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HRIS and generate reports to support People analytics and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, or a related field
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employment practices
• Experience with HRIS systems and tools
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms
