Job Summary

To support day-to-day people operations and broader initiatives, the remote HR Operations Generalist will manage HRIS records, coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, and assist with benefits administration while aligning work hours with Eastern or Central time zones.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records within the HRIS system, including new hires and terminations
  • Manage orientation and onboarding for new team members, ensuring a smooth first-day experience
  • Support the administration of company benefits and assist with leaves of absence and reasonable accommodations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a related HR role
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with Power Automate is a plus
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
