Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day people operations in a remote-first environment, the HR Operations Generalist will manage HRIS records, oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, and administer company benefits while aligning work hours with Eastern or Central time zones.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records within the HRIS system, including new hires and terminations
  • Manage orientation and onboarding processes for new team members, ensuring a smooth first-day experience
  • Support the administration of company benefits and assist with employee relations and compliance audits
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a related HR role
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft tools; experience with Power Automate is a plus
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
