Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time HR Operations Specialist will manage HR transactions, maintain HR programs, and respond to inquiries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Processes core human resources transactions related to personal and employment information within defined timeframes
- Administers and maintains assigned Human Resources programs, ensuring compliance with policies and laws
- Responds to customer inquiries and issues, providing accurate information and maintaining confidentiality
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of human resources principles and federal/state employment laws
- Familiarity with record retention and release of information laws
