Job Summary
Owning the day-to-day execution of onboarding and benefits administration, the fully remote Benefits & HR Operations Specialist will manage benefits processes, ensure data integrity, and serve as a critical point of contact for employees and managers in a high-trust environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer health and retirement programs, including eligibility processing and payroll deductions
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth experience for new employees
- Support HR projects and process improvements as the Family Office evolves
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR operations or benefits roles
- Hands-on experience with benefits administration and familiarity with payroll processes
- Self-motivated with a builder mindset and a focus on process improvement
- Accurate attention to detail, particularly with sensitive financial and personal data
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
