Job Summary
To support HR operations, the full-time HR Operations Specialist will collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to alleviate HR transactional burdens, ensure compliance with policies, and assist with onboarding in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and market leadership to provide proactive support and alleviate operational burdens
- Serve as the HR operations representative to leaders, ensuring effective use of HR processes and initiatives
- Research and resolve issues related to job data, new hires, transfers, and associate compensation
Required qualifications
- High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable job-specific experience required
- Preferred 1-2 years of HR experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work with various HR systems
