Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time contract HR Operations Specialist will support employee lifecycle activities, ensure data integrity, and facilitate compliance processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute onboarding and offboarding steps for employees and contractors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in Workday
- Maintain accurate employee and contractor records through data entry and routine audits, addressing discrepancies as needed
- Support compliance monitoring and process adherence for onboarding workflows, including I-9 and right to work checks
Required qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar fast-paced operational role
- Familiarity with Workday and employee lifecycle transactions
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of accurate work
- Experience with Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion
