Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, HRSC Benefit Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Benefit Operations Specialists
• Oversee execution of complex benefits and HR processes, ensuring compliance and data accuracy
• Monitor workload and service quality while serving as an escalation point for complex employee cases

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in Human Resources processes and performance management
• Knowledge of benefits administration and compliance standards
• Proven ability in continuous process improvement and cross-team collaboration
