Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant HR and Payroll experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
• SHRM PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• Experience managing end-to-end payroll processing and HRIS systems
• Experience in developing policies in a multi-state labor law environment
