Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR & Payroll Manager to oversee HR operations, benefits administration, and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee file management, and policy compliance
  • Process payroll, ensure tax compliance, and maintain payroll records
  • Administer benefits programs and manage relationships with benefits brokers
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant HR and Payroll experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
  • SHRM PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • Experience managing end-to-end payroll processing and HRIS systems
  • Experience in designing and implementing benefits and leave programs
