Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR & Payroll Manager to oversee HR operations, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee file management, and policy compliance
- Process payroll, ensure tax compliance, and maintain payroll records
- Administer benefits programs and manage relationships with benefits brokers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant HR and Payroll experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
- SHRM PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Experience managing end-to-end payroll processing and HRIS systems
- Experience in designing and implementing benefits and leave programs
