Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract issuance, and offboarding
- Oversee local payroll processes and ensure compliance with wage protection regulations
- Act as the primary HR contact and represent the company in government affairs and compliance matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR and payroll experience, with knowledge of African labor and immigration practices
- In-depth knowledge of African labor law and payroll processes
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll platforms
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural, or international environment
