Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR & Payroll Specialist - Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract issuance, and offboarding
  • Oversee local payroll processes and ensure compliance with wage protection regulations
  • Act as the primary HR contact and represent the company in government affairs and compliance matters


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of HR and payroll experience, with knowledge of African labor and immigration practices
  • In-depth knowledge of African labor law and payroll processes
  • Proficiency with HRIS and payroll platforms
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural, or international environment
