Job Summary
A company is looking for a HR/Payroll Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on technical issues related to supporting HR/Payroll, ERP, Supply Chain, and other technologies within the Margin Improvements group
- Collaborate with support teams to improve customer service and resolve customer cases
- Interact with customers to understand concerns and details related to technology issues
Required Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of applicable work experience
- Experience in cross-functional teamwork and HR technology
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of professional software support experience (preferred)
- Experience in HRP technology and enterprise technology (preferred)
