Job Summary

A company is looking for a HR/Payroll Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on technical issues related to supporting HR/Payroll, ERP, Supply Chain, and other technologies within the Margin Improvements group
  • Collaborate with support teams to improve customer service and resolve customer cases
  • Interact with customers to understand concerns and details related to technology issues
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 or more years of applicable work experience
  • Experience in cross-functional teamwork and HR technology
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years of professional software support experience (preferred)
  • Experience in HRP technology and enterprise technology (preferred)
