HR People Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Advisor to provide HR support and guidance in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and resolve team member concerns related to policy infractions and misconduct
• Assist team members and managers by answering questions and providing support through various communication channels
• Act as a subject matter expert in HR policies and practices, advising management and enhancing team member engagement

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in an HR role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
• Equivalent combination of experience, education, and certifications considered
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Technical knowledge in Employee Relations and Employment Law (State and Federal)
