Job Summary

Leading key people programs, the full-time People Manager (HR) will support operational excellence and enhance the employee experience through onboarding, compliance, benefits support, and employee engagement in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement People strategies that foster a high-performance culture and support business growth
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, federal and state employment laws, and maintain accurate employee records
  • Handle complex employee relations cases and coach managers on performance concerns and conflict resolution
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of HR experience
  • Experience in employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll, and performance management
  • Knowledge of multi-state and Canadian employment law
  • HRIS experience
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
