Job Summary
Leading key people programs, the full-time People Manager (HR) will support operational excellence and enhance the employee experience through onboarding, compliance, benefits support, and employee engagement in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement People strategies that foster a high-performance culture and support business growth
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, federal and state employment laws, and maintain accurate employee records
- Handle complex employee relations cases and coach managers on performance concerns and conflict resolution
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of HR experience
- Experience in employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll, and performance management
- Knowledge of multi-state and Canadian employment law
- HRIS experience
- Strong communication and coaching skills
