Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR People Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, conducting 1:1 check-ins to understand employee needs and challenges
  • Manage administrative change requests and ensure accurate employee records in HRIS systems
  • Oversee new hire onboarding and offboarding processes, and support performance management cycles
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of HR Generalist experience or similar roles
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or tech-oriented environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and benefits administration
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, such as Bamboo or ADP Workforce Now
