HR People Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR People Partner who will deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle support for US and Canadian employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters, ensuring consistent HR support
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience
• Process promotions, bonuses, and employment verification in collaboration with Payroll, Finance, and Legal

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US and Canadian employment law and compliance requirements
• 3-4 years of experience as an HR People Partner or HR Generalist, preferably in the Tech industry
• Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle in a remote environment
• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems, such as BambooHR
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
