Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR People Partner who will deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle support for US and Canadian employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters, ensuring consistent HR support
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience
- Process promotions, bonuses, and employment verification in collaboration with Payroll, Finance, and Legal
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of US and Canadian employment law and compliance requirements
- 3-4 years of experience as an HR People Partner or HR Generalist, preferably in the Tech industry
- Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle in a remote environment
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems, such as BambooHR
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
