Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR People Partner to drive performance, engagement, and growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Conduct regular check-ins to monitor engagement and proactively address risks related to performance and retention
  • Partner with Department Heads to enhance team effectiveness and resolve complex people matters
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Manager, HR People Partner, or similar HR role
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of performance management and employee motivation principles
  • Confidence in working with HR data and metrics to make informed decisions
