Job Summary

To support a growing HR partnership team, the full-time HR People Partner will manage full-cycle recruiting, advise leaders on hiring strategies, and enhance employee engagement while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, partnering closely with hiring managers
  • Advise leaders on role design, market availability, and hiring strategies
  • Support employee onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent Management
  • Strong recruiting and hiring experience
  • Proven experience partnering with leaders
  • Solid understanding of performance management and employee relations fundamentals
  • Ability to balance empathy with sound business judgment
