HR People Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing global team, the full-time remote People Partner will manage talent management, performance management, and employee relations while leveraging data analytics to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with departmental leaders to align business needs with organizational capabilities and support growth
• Oversee performance management processes, guiding calibration and compensation decisions while coaching managers
• Provide support for employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and addressing day-to-day concerns

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR/People experience, preferably as an HRBP or People Partner
• Strong foundation in organizational design, change management, and performance management
• Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive outcomes
• Experience building relationships with leaders and influencing the people agenda
• Global perspective with a commitment to fairness and credibility in a diverse environment
