HR People Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time HR People Partner will deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle support for US and Canadian employees, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and providing high-touch employee relations support in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on employee relations matters, providing guidance and ensuring consistent HR support
• Manage the full employee lifecycle across the US and Canada, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience
• Maintain accurate HR administration and documentation across the entire HR cycle, including HRIS and personnel records

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an HR People Partner/HR Generalist, preferably within the Tech industry
• Strong working knowledge of US employment law, including compliance requirements and employee documentation standards
• Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Pinpoint, Checkr, JIRA or similar platforms)
• Solid understanding of onboarding, offboarding, background check, and HR compliance processes
