HR People Services Specialist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic HR team, the full-time remote HR People Services Specialist will manage complex HR inquiries, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive compliance with global policies while mentoring team members and contributing to process optimization projects.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex HR inquiries through various communication channels and manage case resolutions
• Ensure timely service delivery in line with performance and quality Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Provide policy guidance and advanced assistance on HR processes while supporting global HR projects

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field with at least a 2-year degree, or 3+ years of experience with a High School Diploma
• Experience using HR systems and tools, such as Workday and ServiceNow, is preferred
• Hands-on experience in a telephony or case management role
• Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of AI tools
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and managing multiple priorities
