Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Performance Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Consults and advises leaders on performance management processes, including coaching and corrective actions
- Conducts investigations and manages sensitive performance-related issues, ensuring proper documentation and resolution
- Collaborates with various stakeholders to address performance management concerns and maintain compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience with significant employee relations experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- In-depth understanding of employee/labor law and legal compliance requirements
- Strong business and HR acumen, with the ability to balance risk management and business objectives
- Extensive knowledge in managing sensitive employee situations and internal investigation principles
