Key Responsibilities

• Consults and advises leaders on performance management processes, including coaching and corrective actions
• Conducts investigations and manages sensitive performance-related issues, ensuring proper documentation and resolution
• Collaborates with various stakeholders to address performance management concerns and maintain compliance with employment laws

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience with significant employee relations experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• In-depth understanding of employee/labor law and legal compliance requirements
• Strong business and HR acumen, with the ability to balance risk management and business objectives
• Extensive knowledge in managing sensitive employee situations and internal investigation principles
