Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Physician Advocate to provide exceptional support to physicians and ensure efficient operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to physician/provider inquiries with high-quality concierge service
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with radiologists while managing daily inquiries
• Identify trends in physician questions and collaborate with internal teams to find solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare
• 2+ years of experience working with physicians in a healthcare setting
• Human Resources experience, including benefits and physician compensation, is a plus
• Ability to build strong relationships across diverse personality types
