HR Planning & People Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Human Resources People Planning & Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve HR inquiries and cases while ensuring compliance and data integrity
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes and assist with employment changes
• Answer employee questions related to benefits, payroll, and maintain HR operational tracking sheets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of HR operations, people services, or HR generalist experience
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Workspace or similar HR case management platforms preferred
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday) preferred
