Job Summary

Supporting policy review and restructuring initiatives, the full-time HR Policy Specialist will execute comprehensive audits, establish a policy inventory, and deploy an electronic review process while working remotely from New York State.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute comprehensive policy audits and gap analyses to ensure alignment with regulatory standards
  • Establish a policy inventory and design a strategic prioritization matrix for ongoing updates and revisions
  • Architect and deploy an electronic policy review process to modernize workflows and improve efficiency
Required qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in regulatory knowledge, risk mitigation, policy creation, and governance
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws and compliance infrastructure
  • Proven ability to conduct gap analysis and risk auditing
  • Excellent technical writing skills for drafting clear and accessible policy language
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and change management across organizational levels
