Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Preboarding Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment pre- and post-offer processes including scheduling interviews and creating new hire paperwork
  • Engage with new hires to provide clear directions and troubleshoot any issues during the post-offer process
  • Ensure all new hire contingencies are met for a smooth transition into the workplace


Required Qualifications
  • Completion of a one- or two-year degree/diploma in an administrative field or two years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with technical office equipment and computer software
  • Organizational skills and clerical aptitude are essential
  • Previous HR or recruitment experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures is helpful
