Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Preboarding Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment pre- and post-offer processes including scheduling interviews and creating new hire paperwork
- Engage with new hires to provide clear directions and troubleshoot any issues during the post-offer process
- Ensure all new hire contingencies are met for a smooth transition into the workplace
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a one- or two-year degree/diploma in an administrative field or two years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with technical office equipment and computer software
- Organizational skills and clerical aptitude are essential
- Previous HR or recruitment experience is preferred
- Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures is helpful
