Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve HR processes and enhance the employee and manager experience
  • Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and design new HR processes
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented processes, making adjustments as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience or a Graduate degree with 7 years of experience; or 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
  • 7+ years of HR generalist or specialist experience focused on HR systems and employee/customer experience
