Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead, HR Process Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve HR processes and enhance employee and manager experiences
- Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders to design and document new HR processes
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented processes and make necessary adjustments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience or a Graduate degree with 7 years of experience; or 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- 7+ years of HR generalist or specialist experience focusing on HR systems and employee/customer experience
- Experience in project management, change management, and/or continuous improvement
- Knowledge of HRIS/HCM systems, with PeopleSoft experience being a plus
- Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and measure performance
