Key Responsibilities

• Support the effective delivery and execution of the HR Process Strategy
• Draft, review and document HR process materials, best practice guides and systems
• Complete periodic external research and benchmarking to shape the practices of the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in human resources
• Experience in operations, process management, and/or large-scale transformation
• Strong process acumen with the ability to ask critical questions
• Experience and skill in the Microsoft suite and AI tools
