Job Summary

HR Process Manager, a full-time remote position, is responsible for partnering with HR leaders to identify operational challenges, leading process design using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and developing improvement plans for execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR leaders to identify operational challenges and establish improvement priorities
  • Conduct root cause analysis and lead process design using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Redesign workflows and document standardized processes to enhance efficiency and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma certification (minimum Green Belt)
  • Experience in diagnosing operational challenges and developing scalable solutions
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Experience in healthcare or HR operations preferred, with exposure to HRIS platforms like Workday
