HR Product Owner
Job Summary
Maximizing the value of enterprise HR technology solutions, the full-time HR Product Owner will serve as the primary liaison between HR, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams, managing the product vision and roadmap while ensuring efficient HR processes and enhancing employee experience in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with Product Owners, HR Functional Areas, IT, and business stakeholders
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned enterprise HR experiences
- Lead solution delivery with agile teams and vendors, ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of experience in HR systems, product ownership, or HR technology roles
- Experience with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
