Job Summary

Leading high-impact HR initiatives, the full-time remote Associate Director, HR Program Management will manage cross-functional projects, drive strategic priorities, and ensure alignment and measurable outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional HR initiatives from opportunity definition through execution, ensuring alignment and measurable outcomes
• Organize complex work, design project team structures, and clarify roles and responsibilities to address ambiguous challenges
• Manage the HR project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives, allocating resources, and measuring outcomes effectively

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 8+ years of relevant experience and an MS/MBA
• Experience in project leadership, strategy execution, or HR consulting within a corporate environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional HR initiatives and design effective project teams
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of HR initiatives with strong prioritization skills
• Deep understanding of HR practices and operational improvement across multiple HR domains
