Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage onboarding activities for new hires in the Southern California Region
Act as the primary liaison between hospitals, Physician Enterprise, and supporting functions for onboarding
Coordinate and manage matrixed relationships to ensure effective onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

5 years of program management experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
