Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Program Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages onboarding activities for new hires in the Southern California Region
• Acts as the primary liaison to coordinate and manage relationships for onboarding within hospitals and Physician Enterprise
• Collaborates with various supporting functions such as Talent Acquisition, Preboarding, IS, and the HR Service Center

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of program management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
