Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement onboarding activities for new hires during their first 90 days
• Act as the primary liaison between hospitals and Physician Enterprise for onboarding coordination
• Manage relationships with supporting functions like Talent Acquisition and HR Service Center

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of program management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
