HR Program Manager

Job Summary

To advance strategic HR initiatives, the full-time remote HR Program Manager will design and lead various HR programs, optimize processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and effectiveness across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage HR programs and projects that align with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with HR and Compliance teams to develop solutions for program requirements and ensure adherence to regulations
• Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in a program management capacity, preferably in Human Resources
• Change management experience preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or managed care industry preferred
• SHRM-CP certification preferred
