Key Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment with federal standards and manage stakeholder engagement
• Oversee program financials, compliance, and quality management

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management experience or 10+ years in enterprise IT project management
• 5+ years leading HR specific implementations, preferably with Workday or ServiceNow HRSD
• Experience delivering projects in U.S. Federal environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• PMP, PgMP certification or commitment to achieve certification within 6 months of hire
