Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, HR Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and communication strategies for HR initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the HR function, driving efficiencies and improving service delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years' experience in Project Management, including planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting
• Strong experience in building workflows, automation, and project plans
• Proven track record of delivering complex HR projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Project Management certification a plus
