Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience
• Demonstrated HR domain experience in areas such as Talent, HR Operations, and HR Technology
• Proven ability to operate in matrixed organizations
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives
• Familiarity with project documentation tools like Smartsheets
