HR Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Project Manager Lead to oversee large, complex corporate HR projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level HR projects and programs
• Perform all aspects of project management including scope development, stakeholder analysis, and project planning
• Guide project teams in requirements gathering, testing, and implementation to ensure successful project completion

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or higher with a minimum of nine years of related work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least six years of experience
• Proven project management experience, particularly in managing HR projects
• Familiarity with industry-standard project management methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid)
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with all organizational levels
• Technical competence in project management software and experience building complex project plans
