Job Summary

Leading HR projects from initiation to implementation, the full-time HR Project Manager will coordinate and execute organizational initiatives while providing operational support to HR business partners in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent HR initiatives, ensuring effective planning and execution
• Develop project charters, timelines, and risk logs while facilitating project meetings and tracking progress
• Support implementation activities for HR-led initiatives and maintain project documentation and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of project management experience required
• Experience supporting HR initiatives or organizational change preferred
• Strong experience using project management tools and methodologies required
• PMP certification preferred but not required
