HR Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a fast-paced organization remotely, the part-time HR Project Manager will lead cross-functional HR projects from planning through delivery, collaborating closely with HR leadership and various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of HR programs and technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic HR projects, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Partner with HR leadership and stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and priorities
• Facilitate project meetings, manage risks/issues/dependencies, and provide clear status reporting to leadership

Required qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in HR project management, HR operations, HRIS, or related project work
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from initiation through closeout with measurable outcomes
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency with common productivity and project tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management platforms)
