HR Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of large, complex corporate HR projects, the full-time HR Project Manager will manage project scope, objectives, and team communication while overseeing requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project scope and objectives in collaboration with project sponsors and partners
• Lead project teams through requirements gathering, testing, and implementation phases
• Manage communication and organizational change management throughout project delivery

Required qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and a minimum of nine years of related project management experience, or a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of six years of related experience
• Proven experience in leading HR projects with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum)
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior business leaders
• Technical proficiency in project management software and experience building complex project plans
