Job Summary

To support M&A activities, the remote HR Project Manager - M&A will lead HR due diligence, develop integration plans, and align HR systems while managing employee retention and organizational strategy in a contract role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR due diligence efforts and develop HR integration plans for acquisitions
  • Drive organizational design and employee engagement initiatives post-acquisition
  • Oversee the integration of HRIS systems and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of experience in HR, HR Operations, or HR Project/Program Management
  • Direct experience supporting M&A transactions, including due diligence and integration
  • Background in corporate, healthcare, financial services, technology, or professional services industries
  • Experience with HRIS tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Smart sheet, Jira, or MS Project
