Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Manager, HR Projects will oversee complex HR initiatives and integrations, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities while managing project execution and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Leads the HR projects team, providing coaching and establishing project management standards
- Manages high-impact HR initiatives, ensuring milestones and outcomes are achieved across multiple functions
- Produces executive-ready materials and communicates project status, risks, and decisions to leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in HR or operations
- 2+ years of direct management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing large, high-impact initiatives
- Strong project management skills and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
