Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing to offer and onboarding
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field
• High School Diploma required
• Ability to understand client needs and apply strategic recommendations
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and source top talent effectively
